Do you need accompaniment to an appointment in the healthcare system?

If you yourself have, or if you know someone who needs to be accompanied to an appointment in the healthcare system, we are ready to help you in Social Sundhed if you live in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Odense, Aalborg, Herning/Midwest or Fredericia.

We help with accompanying you to doctor's appointments, dentists, physiotherapy, the emergency room, psychologist, medicine pick-up and examinations and treatments at specialist doctors. We can also help as intermediaries for treatment courses and hospitalization and help you remember and keep appointments in the healthcare system.

Call us - you don't need any prior approval

Anyone can call our helpline: This applies to you if you need support or if you are a relative or a healthcare professional. You are welcome to call if there is a need for accompaniment to an appointment that has already been set, or if you need an initial conversation before starting a longer course in the healthcare system.

The helpline creates contact between a volunteer student and the person who needs support. Our volunteers are all studying health- and social care. We are ready for any task, and we want to contribute to a more manageable and dignified process for anyone in a vulnerable situation.
