Senest kommer hun fra en stilling som studiekoordinator p\u00e5 UC Syd og stort kendskab til uddannelsessektoren.<\/p>\n<p>Som sundhedsprofessionel har hun i den grad oplevet, hvordan det netop er dem, der har mest brug for systemet, som oftest har sv\u00e6rest ved at finde vej og f\u00e5 den rette hj\u00e6lp.<\/p>\n<p>Netop derfor er Ditte glad for at v\u00e6re lige her hos os, hvor hun sammen med r\u00e5dgiver i Sydvest, Laila (forrest p\u00e5 billedet), b\u00e5de har fokus p\u00e5 at styrke deltagelsen, trygheden og meningen for dem, der har allermest brug for hj\u00e6lpen og samtidig arbejder med den gensidige l\u00e6ring og opkvalificeringen af fremtidens sundhedsmedarbejdere.<\/p><\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\"><\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\"><em>Jeg gl\u00e6der mig til at v\u00e6re med til at opbygge indsatsen i Esbjerg, til at samarbejde med lokale akt\u00f8rer og frivillige og til at bidrage til et f\u00e6llesskab, hvor b\u00e5de faglighed og n\u00e6rv\u00e6r f\u00e5r lov at fylde<\/em><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ditte Ulv Hermansen bliver ny daglig leder i Social Sundhed Sydvest med hoveds\u00e6de centralt i Esbjerg.
