De seneste \u00e5r har vi udvidet vores aktiviteter til nye dele af Danmark, og behovet for vores frivillige brobyggere er st\u00f8t stigende &#8211; vi forventer at n\u00e6rme os 600 frivillige brobyggere i \u00e5r. For at underst\u00f8tte denne v\u00e6kst og sikre en fortsat st\u00e6rk faglig udvikling, etablerer vi nu en ny national ledelsesstruktur.<\/p>\n<p>Det er en stor gl\u00e6de at pr\u00e6sentere Ann-Sofie Christensen, som Social Sundheds f\u00f8rste nationale faglige chef for R\u00e5dgivningen fra september 2026. Ann-Sofie startede i organisationen i 2019 p\u00e5 blot 8 timer. Siden da har hun med et benh\u00e5rdt fagligt fokus opbygget Social Sundhed i Nordjylland.<\/p>\n<p>Direkt\u00f8r og stifter Kristina Louise Bliksted<a id=\"ember1529\" class=\"ember-view\" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/kristina-louise-bliksted\/\"><\/a> udtaler i forbindelse med organisationsudviklingen:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Skal vi for alvor rykke uligheden i sundhed, kr\u00e6ver det, at vi som organisation t\u00f8r geare op og t\u00e6nke langsigtet. Ved at give det faglige ansvar videre til s\u00e5 st\u00e6rke kr\u00e6fter som Ann-Sofie, frig\u00f8r vi de strategiske og politiske muskler, der skal til for at skabe strukturelle forandringer i velf\u00e6rdssamfundet. Vores ambition stopper ikke her; vi skal sikre, at systemet m\u00f8der alle mennesker med v\u00e6rdighed \u2013 uanset deres udgangspunkt<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dette er f\u00f8rste skridt i vores gearskifte.
