For mange kan m\u00f8det\u00a0med sundhedsv\u00e6senet f\u00f8les uoverskueligt. Det g\u00e6lder s\u00e6rligt, n\u00e5r livet er komplekst, og man st\u00e5r alene uden den n\u00f8dvendige st\u00f8tte til at finde vej og hj\u00e6lp i systemet. Nu udvider NGO\u2019en Social Sundhed sin indsats i Region Sj\u00e6lland, s\u00e5 endnu flere borgere kan f\u00e5 st\u00f8tte og f\u00f8lgeskab til aftaler i sundhedsv\u00e6senet.<\/p>\n

I samarbejde med Region Sj\u00e6lland og Steno Diabetes Center Sj\u00e6lland udvider Social Sundhed sin tilstedev\u00e6relse i regionen og kommer lokalt tilstede i Holb\u00e6k. Frivillige brobyggere vil st\u00e5 klar til at give st\u00f8tte og f\u00f8lgeskab til aftaler p\u00e5 sygehuset, egen l\u00e6ge og i andre sundhedstilbud.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

En f\u00e6lles indsats\u00a0for mere lighed i sundhed p\u00e5\u00a0Sj\u00e6lland\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Social Sundhed Sj\u00e6lland har hoveds\u00e6de i K\u00f8ge og \u00e5bnede i maj 2025 i samarbejde med Region Sj\u00e6lland, Steno Diabetes Center Sj\u00e6lland og K\u00f8ge Kommune.\u00a0Professionsh\u00f8jskolen Absalon er ogs\u00e5 en del af samarbejdet.\u00a0Form\u00e5let er at sikre en lige og let adgang til sundhedsv\u00e6senet for mennesker, der befinder sig i en s\u00e5rbar eller udsat position.<\/p>\n

I efter\u00e5ret 2025 \u00e5bnede lokalafdelinger p\u00e5 Midt- og Vestsj\u00e6llands Hospital i Slagelse og p\u00e5 Sj\u00e6llands Universitetshospital, Nyk\u00f8bing Falster. Den sidste lokalafdeling i Holb\u00e6k \u00e5bner p\u00e5 Holb\u00e6k Sygehus d. 1. marts 2026.<\/p>\n

Den sociale ulighed i sundhed er stadig stigende p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af landet og en markant udfordring i Danmark. Nyeste rapport om social ulighed i sundhed fra Sundhedsstyrelsen og SDU<\/a> viser, at uligheden b\u00e5de viser sig i form af \u00f8get risiko for at blive syg, og de konsekvenser, sygdom f\u00e5r for resten af livet.<\/p>\n

For mange mennesker uanset diagnose, livssituation eller baggrund kan m\u00f8det med sundhedsv\u00e6senet v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt at overskue. Tilbuddet om at f\u00e5 en frivillig brobygger at f\u00f8lges med er for alle, der oplever at st\u00e5 s\u00e5rbart i m\u00f8det med sundhedsv\u00e6senet.<\/p>\n

F\u00f8lgeskab kan v\u00e6re afg\u00f8rende<\/strong><\/p>\n

Direkt\u00f8r i Social Sundhed, Kristina Louise Bliksted, udtaler:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cVi\u00a0ved i Social Sundhed, at f\u00f8lgeskabet og det at opleve tryghed og st\u00f8tte i m\u00f8det med sundhedsv\u00e6senet, kan v\u00e6re afg\u00f8rende for, at mennesker i s\u00e5rbare positioner kommer afsted og f\u00e5r den rette behandling. Mange har ikke ressourcest\u00e6rke p\u00e5r\u00f8rende, og her er det, at nogen tager med og hj\u00e6lper med at stille de rette sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l helt essentielt.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Regionsr\u00e5dsformand i Region Sj\u00e6lland, Trine Birk Andersen, siger: <\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/strong>Mennesker i udsatte eller s\u00e5rbare situationer kan have brug for ekstra hj\u00e6lp i m\u00f8det med sundhedsv\u00e6senet. Her g\u00f8r frivillige en konkret forskel ved at st\u00f8tte borgere i at m\u00f8de op til aftaler, stille de rigtige sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l og forst\u00e5, hvad der bliver sagt. Med lokalkontoret p\u00e5 Holb\u00e6k Sygehus er Social Sundhed nu repr\u00e6senteret i hele Region Sj\u00e6lland, og partnerskabet viser, hvordan civilsamfund og sundhedsv\u00e6sen sammen kan skabe nye muligheder for bedre sammenh\u00e6ng og lighed i sundhed. Jeg gl\u00e6der mig til at f\u00f8lge arbejdet fremover.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Frivillige brobyggere skaber tryghed i m\u00f8det med systemet <\/strong><\/p>\n

Frivillige brobyggere i Social Sundhed er sundhedsfaglige studerende eller erfarne sundhedsprofessionelle, som f\u00f8lges\u00a0med s\u00e5rbare eller udsatte mennesker og tilbyder\u00a0praktisk hj\u00e6lp og st\u00f8tte.<\/p>\n

Brobyggeren kan hj\u00e6lpe\u00a0med transport, stille de rigtige sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l, tage noter og skabe tryghed i situationer, hvor s\u00e6rligt\u00a0mennesker i s\u00e5rbare eller udsatte positioner kan opleve, at m\u00f8det med sundhedsv\u00e6senet\u00a0er sv\u00e6rt.\u00a0Brobygningen giver samtidig de frivillige brobygger mulighed for at bruge deres kompetencer og f\u00e5 et st\u00f8rre indblik i ulighed i sundhed.<\/p>\n

\u201dJeg har valgt at blive brobygger, fordi lighed i sundhed har v\u00e6ret en vigtig del af mit arbejde som ergoterapeut. Det giver enorm god mening at hj\u00e6lpe andre mennesker, og jeg kan varmt anbefale andre at kaste sig ud i det.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Det er nu muligt at blive den del af det nye frivilligkorps i Holb\u00e6k. Der afholdes infom\u00f8de d. 25. februar kl. 17:00-18:00 i Frivilligcenter Holb\u00e6k, R\u00e5dhuspladsen 1, 4300 Holb\u00e6k.<\/p>\n
