z_index_tablet=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2>LGBTIQ-personers m\u00f8de med sundhedsv\u00e6senet<\/h2>\n<p>Social Sundhed er g\u00e5et sammen med LGBT+ Huset i Aarhus om at udvikle et<br \/>certificeringskursus til sundhedsfaglige. Samarbejdet begyndte i august 2024 og er et pilotprojekt, som l\u00f8ber over det n\u00e6ste \u00e5rs tid med st\u00f8tte fra Globalt Fokus.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"TextRun SCXW122489043 BCX8\" lang=\"DA-DK\" xml:lang=\"DA-DK\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW122489043 BCX8\">Form\u00e5let er at fremme LGBTIQ-personers rettighed til lighed i sundhed gennem opkvalificerende undervisning af sundhedsprofessionelle, synlighedsarbejde, og interessevaretagelse.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>I for\u00e5ret 2025 vil samarbejdet munde ud i et f\u00e6rdigt kursus for sundhedsfaglige (alment praktiserende l\u00e6ger, speciall\u00e6ger, psykologer, psykiatere m.fl.), <span class=\"TextRun SCXW122489043 BCX8\" lang=\"DA-DK\" xml:lang=\"DA-DK\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW122489043 BCX8\">der skal give sundhedsfagligt personale flere konkrete redskaber til at m\u00f8de LGBT+ patienter p\u00e5 en tryghedsskabende og im\u00f8dekommende m\u00e5de, samt opkvalificere p\u00e5 relevant viden om sundhed, sygdom og barrierer for lighed i sundhed blandt m\u00e5lgruppen<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>I f\u00f8rste omgang vil kurset blive udbudt og afpr\u00f8vet i Aarhus-omr\u00e5det. Dr\u00f8mmen er dern\u00e6st at udbyde kurset til sundhedsfaglige over hele landet.<\/p>\n<p>LGBT+-personer vurderer b\u00e5de deres fysiske, seksuelle og mentale helbred som d\u00e5rligere, end heteroseksuelle cispersoner g\u00f8r. Form\u00e5let er at skabe mere lighed i sundhed for LGBT+ personer i hele landet gennem oplysning, faglig opkvalificering og synligg\u00f8relse af hvilke fagpersoner, der har s\u00e6rlige kompetencer indenfor omr\u00e5det \u2013 alt sammen noget, som m\u00e5lgruppen eftersp\u00f8rger, og som mangler if\u00f8lge forskning p\u00e5 omr\u00e5det.<\/p>\n<p>Den indledende fase er i gang, og indeb\u00e6rer en behovsunders\u00f8gelse, som skal give indblik i de specifikke behov, \u00f8nsker og sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l, sundhedsfagligt personale har i denne kontekst. Det kan fx v\u00e6re overvejelser omkring sprogbrug og konkret viden om LGBT+-personers sundhed og trivsel.<\/p>\n<p>Og du kan stadig n\u00e5 at v\u00e6re med, hvis du er sundhedsfagligt uddannet og arbejder i Region Midtjylland.
